Donex Surface Protector
Anti-Corrosive Liquid for Submersible and Openwell Motor Testing
Donex Surface Protector is a water-based, anti-corrosive solution designed for temporary use in submersible and openwell motors. Ideal for pump testing, pre-delivery motor protection, and transit storage.
Important: Donex is not suitable for permanent filling. For long-term protection, use Mahir Surface Protector 1:3.

Dilution Instructions:
- Self-priming pump testing: Mix 1 part Donex + 7 parts RO water (1:7 ratio)
- Submersible/Openwell testing: Mix 1 part Donex + 5 parts RO water (1:5 ratio)
Usage Directions:
- Shake well before use.
- Mix Donex with RO water as per dilution ratio.
- Fill the diluted solution into the motor up to the required level.
- Run the motor for minimum 1 minute for complete coating.
- Unfill and store/reuse the liquid.
- Ensure no air enters the motor during the process.
- After use, drain the liquid completely before packing the motor.
Note: If possible, retain 50ml to 100ml of liquid inside the motor to ensure residual protection during storage.
