The Mahir Surface Protector is an advanced solution used extensively in submersible, open well, and self-priming pump sets. It safeguards internal motor surfaces from rust and corrosion, extending the motor’s service life.

Note: Shake or stir well if the solution has settled for more than 10 minutes before use.
Mahir Surface Protector (Submersible Pump Grade - 1:3)
This concentrated formula is diluted at a 1:3 ratio and used by pump manufacturers during motor assembly. It forms a synthetic polymer coating that provides both cooling and corrosion resistance.
Application Instructions:
- Shake well before use.
- Mix 1L Mahir with 3L clean water (dam, river, or rainwater acceptable).
- Pour the mixture into the motor body before assembly.
- Seal all openings and run the motor for at least 1 minute.
- Conduct pressure testing at 1 kg/cm² and confirm AMP/RPM as per BIS norms.
- Store motor filled with the solution for continuous protection.
